These are some of the most uncommon fish in Cozumel, some you may know, but please put attention to them because they are not in every reef, some can be confuse with other species, but believe me after 4 years of doing survays, I know they are not that common.
This is an effort to show you what not many dive masters will be able to show you.

Baby Nurseshark (Gatita)
This is a very special picture because to get to see this size nurseshark is not easy, about 11 inches long (notice the size of the algae nerxt to it)
My sharks book says all sharks when born are that size and has round spots on them, This one was photograph on a very shallow reef of about 12 to 17 feet, form by finger corals and small sponges.
In there we used to see all kinds of small marine life, was the favorite reef of my youngest daughter, unfortunatelly it was near Dzul-há reef, in the sand bar west of it, and unfortunatelly got completly wipe out by Wilma last year, so now is nothing but sand.
The picture was taken by one of my custommers who I can not remember his name, but he was a Music producer from L.A.
