These are some of the most uncommon fish in Cozumel, some you may know, but please put attention to them because they are not in every reef, some can be confuse with other species, but believe me after 4 years of doing survays, I know they are not that common.
This is an effort to show you what not many dive masters will be able to show you.
For more information and verification, please refer to the Caribbean Fish book from REEF.

Zebra Sole Flounder (?)
This flounder is only about 2 or 3 inches, we have seen it in three different reefs, some at 30 feet, and the most amazing thing is that we also saw it in a sand bar at 110 feet!! we are not even sure of it's name we think is a sole flounder, the other species in the book of the REEF organization similar to this is call Zebra Sole flounder (Gymnachirus nudus) but that one is white with stripes, this on the picture also has stripes but is black so they say the Zebra has a "black phase" so this may be it, not even REEF has a picture of the black phase on their book yet, again have not seen it again since Wilma.
